A FULL SIZED BOXING RING

DETAILS OF WORK OUT:

  • 15 min warm up, stretching, jogging, breathing exercises.
  • 15 min cardio mega blast, a specific cardio session designed to have maximum output of short intense blasts with short recoveries.
  • Circuits: 1 min circuit ab attack to tighten all those wobbly bits.
  • Strength time: a technical session learning the right way to lift weights (but still very fun).
  • Boxing pad work: if you ever wanted to try now is your time 15 minute of pad work.
  • Options – Opportunity to speak to your instructor and look at focusing on a specific area of training from above.
  • Warm down.
